Checklist for Finding Balance

Hello friends,

As a culture, we are feeling anxious. And why not? Our whole world has been turned upside down. No job, no money, no social life, instantly home educating, too much family, too much at home…I mean, you can only clean house SO much. Then when we do get to go out, we put on a mask, a continuous reminder of how much danger we feel and how we want to hide ourselves from it.

 

How do we find balance? How do we feel safe?

 

1. TRUST in God – Take some time to ground into Him. Let your roots go deep and make your foundation strong. We cannot control the storm, only God can. So do you TRUST HIM?

 

2. 4. DIET – Keep it simple: eat more vegetables and less junk food. You may have very specific ideas of a “healthy diet” and you may have to let those go. As we see more items “out of stock” at the grocery stores, we are going to learn FLEXIBILITY. We may need to eat differently just to survive. Give yourself permission to let a perfect diet go out the window! Don’t stress over it. I suggest taking a good quality multivitamin to help cover what might be lacking in your diet.

 

5. Boost your IMMUNE system – It is as important now as it was at the beginning of this virus. As we get out and about more, we will be exposed to more. Take some extra support: astragalus, Echinacea, elderberry, garlic, oregano, olive leaf, vitamin C & D, and Zinc. One of the best immune support blends I know is called, Vira-Bac-YST. I also love the essential oil blend, On Guard. Protect yourself from the inside, where it really counts.
