I had a restless night. Seemed to wake up every hour, with too much on my mind. It has been 3 months since my husband passed away and I think the grief and reality is sinking into my brain. I can’t do anything about the circumstances that are keeping me awake, but I can take some herbs to help me process it all and relax more. Here are a few that I am considering and they might help you too.

We have now been under the “stay at home” order for over 3 weeks. Are you running out of projects to do? Closets and cupboards are clean and organized, maybe even the basement and garage too! I went thru photos and organized albums for the first time in a few years…yeah, there were a LOT of photos. My husband helped me to mulch our garden beds. I was delighted to find a local greenhouse offering FREE delivery. I was happy to support their small business and get my mulch done too. We are all in this together!
