Saturdays @ 8am - Beginner’s Yoga 

This is a slower paced class, focused on getting into poses safely and correctly. Find what feels good, get present, and breathe. 

 

Mats are available to use, or bring your own. 

$10 a class or 4 classes for $35 (expires after 2 months)
