Reiki is a light touch healing technique originating in Japan, which may help you find balance in body, mind, and spirit. Reiki is based on the belief that there is an energetic flow in and through all living things. When this energy is low or blocked, we are more likely to get sick and feel stressed. A Reiki session restores this flow of energy, naturally helping the body’s own innate ability to heal. Join us to learn how a daily, personal Reiki practice can help bring balance to your life and body.
Taught by Amy Jo Eulberg – Amy Jo’s first experience receiving Reiki brought her peace, comfort, and deep relaxation during a period of traumatic loss. In 1996, she seized the opportunity to study Reiki Levels 1 & 2. She began incorporating Reiki into her daily personal life and has studied Energy Medicine, Healing Touch, CranioSacral Therapy, and Therapeutic Touch incorporating all of this knowledge into her practice of energy work. She retains her license as a Registered Nurse, and her conventional training is integrated into her holistic approach. In 2007, she pursued Reiki Master Teacher Training. When she is not doing energy work, she can be found outdoors somewhere on a hiking trail or happily weeding a garden.
