Spring Strength

1 cup nettle leaf 1 cup mint
1 cup raspberry leaf ½ cup rose petals
½ cup fennel seeds ½ cup ginger
Hot infusion: Pour 1.5 cups hot water over 1 Tbsp tea. Steep 8-15 minutes.
Cold infusion: Combine 2 cups cold water and 1-2 Tbsp tea in a lidded jar. Shake. Place in refrigerator or a cool place for at least 2 hours. Strain and enjoy.
