Rachel is the owner of Yellow Bird Yoga and a Registered Yoga Teacher. She is a momma of two, married for seven years, and yoga is her passion. She’s been practicing for 4 years and teaching for 6 wonderful months.

She says, “I’ve learned so much and will continue learning! So thankful for every beautiful soul who gives me the honor of leading them through their yoga practice.”

Each of Rachel’s yoga classes offer you a physical practice along with meditation and breathing techniques. She believes we learn things on the mat that we can use in our day to day lives; that your yoga practice is a lifestyle. 

Mindfulness. Compassion. Being present. Self-love. Learning how to listen to your body and find what feels good. Learning how to accept where you are, but also be willing to grow. 

All levels are welcome! Everybody can do yoga. Come do some yoga with us!

CLASS SCHEDULE

Saturdays at 8am: Beginners Yoga

Mondays at 6pm: Vinyasa Flow

Thursdays at 7pm: Hot Yoga

Each class is 60 min. Mats are available to use, or bring your own. 

$10/class or 4 classes/$35 (expires after 2 mo.)
