May 8 – Learn how to eliminate and cleanse the body, so that you can build and restore it to wellness. Talk about a 30 day cleanse & restore program which may lead to healthy organs and a healthy YOU!
May 15 – Understand that a healthy weight is your natural balanced state. Begin with the foundation of a balance in mind, spirit, and body. Learn how metabolism is harmed by 7 things we do daily, and how to boost your metabolism to have the energy you need.
May 22 – Health is all about hormone balance! Learn how to balance hormones for more emotional stability and how to use essential oils for mood management. Heal your body at the root level…your beliefs.
May 29 – Learn how toxic chemicals are contributing to chronic diseases. Replace toxins with clean products and make a difference in your family’s health.
